Artist's Comments
This theme was entirely inspired by ~photoshoprangerstock, and their brush pack by the same name, [link] which I used as the cover page and starting point for this project. Credit was given at the time of the assignment, and it noted in the bottom corner in the back of the book.
 So, this was my final project for my intalgio printmaking class, with 8 hand-made etchings done with hardground lines and aquatint shading. Most of the people are classmates of mine, and even the teacher. Our class was at 9am every other day, so it seemed like coffee was a big part of all our lives.  I decided to document it, as I have a love for coffee myself!Handmade bound book done by myself, with see-through cutouts in the covers to reveal the front and back images. The back image is the chemical compound for caffeine. :3 |
